I run a small boutique consultancy operating mainly in the Kingdon of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Established in 2020 I focus on small, short term HR diagnostics projects, HR advisory services, short term HR and OD delivery projects and advising on any issues that are HR related across the Middle East Region. I also specialise in designing and delivering engaging workshops on HR topics. I love to facilitate large scale group work and speak at conferences across the region.
I hold a BA and Master’s degree in HR and Organisational Development. I have been a Chartered fellow of the CIPD for over 15 years. I have spent 20 years in a wide range of HR and leadership roles across the world. I also hold many professional HR qualifications and certifications, including British Psychological Society Level A and Level B qualifications. I am a qualified level 7 Executive Coach and a Legal Council Workplace Mediator.
