TRANSPARENT SCORING
How your results are calculated
One evidence-supported rating
Rate each control from 0 (unsubstantiated) to 4 (repeated and independently tested). Choose the lowest anchor fully supported by your evidence. A blank is not a zero and cannot produce a final result.
Section index = sum of the eight ratings ÷ 32 × 100. The overall index is the arithmetic mean of all eleven section indices, giving every theme equal weight.
Evidence, scope and material issues
The Qatar method does not prescribe percentage bands for “ready” or “near-ready”. Your report presents the index, the mean rating, the distribution of maturity and the operating-control coverage.
Each theme also has a material-issue gate. Its three critical controls must reach at least 3, with confirmed scope, accepted ownership and independent review evidence. An unresolved material issue or proposed exclusion remains visible and holds the gate. Proposed exclusions stay in the denominator pending competent review.
This is an HR Delivery advisory self-assessment, not a probability of IPO success or regulatory approval. Self-reported evidence has not been independently checked. The report identifies priorities for validation with your advisers; it cannot certify legal compliance or listing readiness.
