AN EVIDENCE-LED CONVERSATION

Readiness is more than a score.

Use one evidence-supported rating for each control, from absent to independently tested. Each included UAE theme has equal weight. Material-issue gates keep unresolved safeguards visible, even when the overall index is high.

TRANSPARENT SCORING

How your results are calculated

One evidence-supported rating

Rate each control from 0 (known absence or evidenced failure) to 4 (repeated and independently tested). Choose the lowest anchor fully supported by your evidence. A blank is not a zero and cannot produce a final result.

Section index = sum of applicable ratings ÷ (4 × applicable controls) × 100. Calculate only after every applicable control is assessed. The overall index is the arithmetic mean of included theme indices, keeping equal theme weights even when denominators differ.

Evidence, scope and material issues

The UAE method does not prescribe percentage bands for “ready” or “near-ready”. Your report presents the index, the mean rating, the distribution of maturity and the operating-control coverage.

Each theme also has a material-issue gate. Its judgement records the affected use, actual scope, valid authority, worker protection, disclosure reliability and required approvals, alongside ownership and independent review evidence. An unresolved material issue, applicability uncertainty or proposed exclusion remains visible and holds the gate. Unresolved applicability and proposed exclusions stay in the denominator. A recorded, source-supported competent N/A review can exclude a control; the report shows its rationale, reviewer and reopening trigger. A wholly excluded theme receives no score and is not counted as 100%. All such review records remain self-reported.

This is an HR Delivery advisory self-assessment, not a probability of IPO success or regulatory approval. Self-reported evidence has not been independently checked. The report identifies priorities for validation with your advisers; it cannot certify legal compliance or listing readiness.
