& sponsor brief.

Authorise the people-readiness work. Establish accountable sponsorship, clear decision rights and the evidence needed to run the first stage.

A working system, from preparation to handover.

Use the pack together to prepare a sponsor-ready summary and controlled mandate, obtain a valid decision, establish the working routine and transfer ownership. THE PRACTITIONER WORKFLOW

Use the pack in sequence.

  1. 01

    Prepare

Read document 01. Gather the transaction context, existing evidence, approval route, sponsor availability and resource constraints.

  2. 02

    Draft & compare

Work through M01–M13 in document 02. Use document 03 to understand the required specificity; replace every fictional detail with verified client facts.

  3. 03

    Challenge & decide

Use document 04 to review C01–C12, record the authorised scope and resolve or restrict open conditions. Retain the actual decision record.

  4. 04

    Handover & test

Use document 05 to confirm ownership and access, test client understanding and schedule the first operating review and separate retest.

Connect the mandate to the wider work.

Diagnostic connection: D01.01, with D01.06–D01.08 supporting cadence, adviser interfaces and document control. Existing resources support the engagement; they do not replace the mandate’s approval or the client’s professional advisers.
