The people behind the work

A collective built around your challenge.

People and organisational challenges rarely sit within one discipline. We combine specialist perspectives around a shared understanding of your priorities, so assessment, design, implementation and development support one another.

Psychometricians

Make evidence useful.

Our psychometricians bring measurement expertise to assessment selection, interpretation and feedback. They help connect findings about abilities, behaviours and preferences with the role and its context, supporting clearer development priorities and informed people decisions.

Project managers

Turn intent into organised delivery.

Our project managers translate agreed outcomes into workstreams, responsibilities, milestones and review points. They bring structure to dependencies, risks and stakeholder coordination, helping clients keep decisions moving and follow through from the initial plan to implementation.

Organisational development consultants

Understand the whole organisation.

Our OD consultants explore how strategy, structures, culture and everyday relationships shape performance. Through diagnosis, organisation design, facilitated conversations and change support, they help clients address the conditions behind a challenge and develop ways of working that fit their context.

Learning and development specialists

Build capability that reaches work.

Our learning and development specialists turn capability needs into purposeful programmes, workshops and supported practice. They connect learning goals with real tasks, reflection and feedback, helping participants apply new skills and helping organisations examine what changes in day-to-day work.

Connected thinking. Practical benefit.

An assessment may reveal a development need; an OD conversation may uncover a structural barrier; a project plan creates the route to implementation; learning helps people work differently. Bringing these perspectives together gives clients a coherent path from understanding the challenge to acting on it, with the right specialists involved at the right stage.

Research & Professional Thinking

Leadership that works in context

Dr Phillip Welsh's research and professional commentary explore culturally intelligent leadership in the GCC. He argues that many apparent leadership problems are questions of cultural translation: how authority, trust, challenge, dignity, accountability and belonging are understood in a particular setting.

His work emphasises psychological safety, open-mindedness, perspective-taking and what he describes as schema agility: the ability to read the assumptions beneath behaviour and choose a response suited to the context.
